Hello, my name is Ken Slusser. I'm the school counselor here at Lincoln Elementary School. On an individual basis, one of my main objectives is to help students develop practical solutions to their school related problems. Whether their concerns are academic, social, or emotional, I assist students in making their own decisions based on the choices available. Collectively, I take a proactive stance by visiting the classrooms to do presentations on topics such as Anti-Bullying, Appropriate Topics of Conversation, and "The Six Pillars of Character." My responsibilities also include; chairing the Intervention and Referral Services (I&RS) Committee, chairing the School Safety Team, and Conflict Resolution.
