School Closing/Delayed Opening Information

In the event of a school closing or delayed opening, the district will push out information in a number of ways.

  • Voice call to phone numbers listed in the Genesis Parent Portal

  • Email to email listed in the Genesis Parent Portal

  • Posting on the Live Feed section of the district website

  • Posting on the district Facebook

  • Posting on the district Instagram

  • District App Postings

    • Download the Edison Township Public Schools App from the iOS App Store or from the Google Play Store

    • Open the app

    • Click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen

    • Click on Settings

    • Turn on Notifications using the slider

    • Select Edison Township Public Schools to receive district notifications
